Thereupon the foloowing proceedings are had: A report is rec'd from Street Comtee rejecting all bids on James Street grade for old Contract, provided no damages are claimed for changes of grade already made and provided further that contractors & bondsmen file in the clerks office a waiver of all claims to damages on Wednesday June 18, 18884 Adopted Ordered that the Council stand now adjourned.
