Seattle Aug 15th 1891 To the Honorable the Mayor and Councilof the City''of Seattle Gentleman We the undersigned citizens and tax-payers of Seattle would wish repectfully petition your honorable body to raise the sidewalk on the west side of Front Street from a point 60 feet north of Bell Street to 90 feet south of Bell Street so as to correspond with the grade north and south of said above described limits The dangerous conditions of the walk at the point would seem to make this improvement imperative.
