To the Board of Public Works of the city of Seattle, Wash. Gentlemen- Your petitioners respectfully represent that they reside on Fountain Str., between Waterton and Elaine Strs. and are desirous of having their buildings connected with the city water pipes. A two-inch pipe could be run from Waterton Str. along Fountain Str. to Elaine, one block, or about 360 ft., or if the city prefers 120 ft less could be sufficent to make all connections with the buildings of petitioners. Seattle, Wash. Nov. 22. 94

R. Damm, two houses W.N. Bow, five houses Peter Moran, one house

I would recommend the granting of this petition. It will cost for material labor etc. pipe to be 2" B.P, $47.00
