8 having been regular and according to law do call this election is accordance withthe power conferred upopn then inSection 494 of [?]Code Volume 1 Said election shall be conducted in accordance with the General election laws of the State and no person shall vote threat unless he shall be a qualified elector of the county and shall have resided within the above described limits for at least 30 days preceeding said election. Voters shall cast ballots which shall contain the words "For Incorporation" or "Against Incorporation" of words equivalent thereto, also for persons to fille the municipal offices prescribed for municipal corporations of the 4th class.
