Woke and rose at 5:45; cereal breakfast while reading paper. Mary didn’t get here. Continued Mozart: Haffner symphony, quartet 14, 15, quintet 2, wind serenades 11 and 12, Lintz symphony. All great, out of his early prime.
Late morning, picked up two pairs of slacks at James Davis. Got them for Paris. Walked 2 ½; played quartet 18, Eine Kleine Nachtmusik , which is just as good as people think it is, though they should know greater things as well.
Slept through TV thriller.
Continuing study of Michelin map of Paris; I intend to know part of it thoroughly by the time we get there.
