& I had this toadstabber
or knife & when Duce Crocker
would stick his hand out
to hit the wall so we would keep quiet I would
jab him in the
hand & he would draw
it back pretty quick.
Once I gave him a
jab in the neck through
I stuck my hand through
the curtain. He is in
the choire (quire). He gave
a jump & stretched
his neck about a foot
& then he laughed to himself

I wrote a picture
on the blackboard of
Dock Washburn Singing
& I put a lot of emtisusim
about him on the picture

Today I was looking
around for a piece of
chalk. I found my
putty shooter. The
hole up to church which
I was going to shoot
my putty shooter
through is to hard to
get at & I am boring a
hole lower. Edison
came up & I had 1 lb. of
putty which we softened
up with our hands
& then after I had gone
to bed I opened the
window & shot them
out. I wont tell donald
because he would tell
Mamma It was colder
today

Feb. 19, 1917
I went to the show
tonight & this Aft.
It rained & just as
soon as it [hits?] the
walk it froze & everthing
is slipery. I fell down
3 times going down
to the show & 2 times coming
up
