I have a long bat.
I bought a quarter
ball today but it
went up to 35¢ in
stead of 25¢. It is a
lively Bounder & the
inside is rubber I
know because I have
taken the inside out

School today Cloudy
Lots of news today,
[illegible] Sages cat caught
the craze of economizing
because of the high
cost of living. It
came in the office
cellar & When grandma
went in another room
for a minute the cat
went in got up on
the tabel took Grandmas
canary bird out &
scattered all of the
birdseed around &
left the feathers of the
bird on the table & the
floor carried off
the bird. Sages said
they were awful
sory.” but not $5 worth
The bird cost $5 bucks

Pop says I can go
in swimming in
6 weeks.
