EXHIBIT NO. 3
THE WINTHROP HOME
Open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - Hours: 1:00 - 5:00

The Winthrop home was built in 1890 for John Still Winthrop, a
direct descendant of John Winthrop, who was the first Colonial Governor
of Massachusetts Colony.

Time rolls back as one enters this Victorian home. To the tinkle
of antique music boxes one may see everything from Sully portraits to a
child's Chippendale high chair.

On display will be the Winthrop's beautiful silver.

Mr. and Mrs. Guy Wintrop, owners.
