EXHIBIT NO. 4
B. W. BROWN HOME
Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday - Hours: 1:00 - 5:00

This home is a charming four-story house, reminiscent of the Old South. It was
built in 1847 by John George Anderson for his home. Twenty-five years later the
property was deeded to the Roman Catholic Church and was used as a convent. By
1905 the estate had passed into others hands. While the present executive mansion
was being built Governor Broward lived there.

Black and gold Italian marble mantels grace each room. The crystal chandeliers
are from France.

Floors are made of solid heart pine. The sills, hand hewn and put together with
pegs, are also of solid heart pine.

Mrs. B. W. Brown is owner and present occupant.

Photograph depicting a two-building, one-story white inn from across the intersection. There is a tall sign at the intersection corner that reads 'Prince Murat Inn' with a shorter one on front of it that reads 'Tallahasse's Most Beautiful and Modern Motor Court. There is an empty, grassy lot across from the inn, telephone lines along the streets, with a car and trees in the background
