Tim Underhill's interpretation of the shorthand at the page's base:
This was probably meant as a couplet and a separate stanza. Alternatively, it might have been conceived as a continuous piece. It has proved the hardest section of the shorthand to unravel, and parts of the transcription below are more provisional than those for the shorthand elsewhere.
