younge Ash halfe an handfull ounce; Boyle these every morneinge in
a Pinte and a halfe of white wine. possett whey to the one halfe; Then
straine forth the Ingredients, and dissolve in the decoction two
spoonfull of the sirropp of Ashes, and soe take it 3 or 4 morneings
together./.

Take camamile flowers, St. Johnswort each a handfull dill and
Mallowes each a handfull and a halfe Fenegreeke, Linseede each an ounce
greene Oates - or in the fall a handfull. Boyle this with a suffitient
quantity of water to a stronge liquor and bathe the legg's with wollen
cloths an hower morneinge and eveninge as warme as you can endure
Then anointe the legge with this oyle, Take oyle of Camomile St. Jons wort
each an ounce, oyle of earthwormes two ounces, then swaddle it
