To candy Apricocks or Peare Plumbs

Take your Apricocks or Peare Plumbs and give every
of them a Cutt to y ^estone in y^e hollow of y^e plumbe
then strawe ofrsifte some powder suger on them
and bake them in an Oven, lay them one by one and
strowinge suger on them soe doe till they are fully
dry and candyed, or cover them over with glasses the
second time you putt them into y^e oven and soe on
they will bee ^ye sooner dry.
