mander of the shipp Lyon lately from Iamaica
who had his lodging broken open vnder pretence
of looking for an Escaped prisoner from a Messenger
and his person seized and Delivered into the hands
of Bailiffs having 47000li actions vpon him
had the Matter heard yesterday before the Court
of Kings Bench who Declared that it was an
vnwarrantable and illegall proceeding where
vpon he was discharged by a Rule of Court
of the said actions -

Yesterday ten of the Prisoners who
were Condemned last Sessions att the old Baily were
Executed att Tiburn amongst them 4 men and
awoman for Clipping -

On Monday next their Maiesties
goes to windsor to reside their a few dayes -

Weymouth the 24th 8ber The Bone
adventure [ffrigate] is come in here she took a ffrench
vessell of 100 Tuns and sent her from the west
Indies for England but she was retaken by a ffrench
privateer & sent to Havre Degrace & was repri
zed by the Sussex and Russell privateers who
have sent her in hither

Yesterday the sherriff of sherriffes
of London & middlesex went & [surched] the Barons
of the Exchequer & after that the Lord president, the
Earle of Nottingham & others Done in the Citye
on the Lord Maiors day

on Tuesday afternoon the Bishopp
of London att the head of the Citys clergy went
