& e discourse is renewed he will be one

We hear further from Ireland
that since the Prorogeing of e parliam t

to come for England to represent e state
of the protestants of that nation
His Excellency replyed they
had done well if they asked leave to come
over to aske the Kings pardon for the
Riotous assemblyes and soe dismissed
him in e Negative -
