Is by the Kings order to appear before the Lords of the Treasury
having obtained a grant under the Privy seal to haue the
200 part of what shall be raised thereof

Advice is come to Court that the 12000 ffrench in fflanders
which were gott together to Attack Dixmude upon Notice
that Generall Tallmath was Marching towards them and the
ffrost breaking retired with precipitacion and Oars
pursuing took some of their Carriages
