Gentlemen- We, your Water Works Committee, referring to the attached resolution of Alderman Orr, regarding the hauling of coal to the Water Works and Electric Light Station, beg to report that after investigation we do not think it advisable to change the hauling of the coal at the present time and recommend that the arrangement now in force be continued till the end of this fiscal year.
