and the City Council,

Fort Worth, Texas;

Gentlemen:-

Having examined the abstracts of title and certificates of the
County and City Collectors of Taxes furnished me by Mr.Sprinkle, I find
it to appear from the said abstracts and certificates:-

(1) That the title to Lot 1,of Block 5,of the Lawn Terrace
Addition to the City of Fort Worth,in Tarrant County,Texas,is vested
in Kate T.Doherty,or Daugherty,- that there was no liens on said prop-
erty and that all taxes for 1901 alone to be accounted for.

(2) That the title to Lot 2,of Block 5,of said Lawn Terrace
Addition,is vested in Pat O.Kelly,- that there are no liens upon the
said lot,and that all taxes up to and including the year 1900 have
been paid,leaving taxes for 1901 alone to be accounted for.

(3) That the title to Lots 15 and 16,of said Block 5,is vested
int eh Lawn Terrace Company,- that there are no liens on said premises
and that all taxes thereon have been paid up to and including the
year 1899, while the county and state taxes have
also been paid for the year 1900,leaving the city taxes for 1900 un-
paid,and all taxes for 1901 yet to be accounted for.
