We, your committee on Water Works, to whom was referred
the petition of W.A.Darter offering to sell certain property belonging
to the estate of Col.J.P.Smith deceased, beg to recommend that the
offer be accepted and the City Attorney be instructed to prepare the
necessary papers and present same at the next meeting of the Council.
