To the Honorable Mayor and City Council,
of the City of Fort Worth, Texas,

Now Comes Ed. Otto a Resident and Tax payer,
of said City and State and Respectfully Shows to
your Honorable body. that for the year 1894
Lots No. 8 1 +2 in Block A5. Daggetts addition to
said City. Were assessed to him and Valued at
$4000.00. That for the year 1899 said 2 Lots Were
assessed to him and Valued at $1400.00.

That for the year 1900. Said 2 Lots were assessed
to him and valued at $1000.00.

That your petitioner in the latter part of the
year 1900. Sold the 2 Lots above mentioned
for the Sum of $1000.00. -

After reciting the facts set forth above,
your petitioner would respectfully ask that
your Honorable body - To reduce the assessment
for the year 1894. on said Lots 1+2 in Block
A5 Daggets addition.
