Williams and Bailey ATTORNEYS AT LAW. FORT WORTH, TEXAS

March 21st, 1902.

The Honorable, the Mayor, and City Council, Fort Worth, Texas;

Gentlemen:-

In the matter of the petition for the opening of the alley, through Blocks One (1) and Seven (7), of Hirshfield's Addition to this city, I have to report:-

I have seen all abutting owners who are obstructing the alley, and find them willing to open. It appears to have been a case where each has been waiting for the others to move first. No action on the part of the city appears to be necessary.

Respectfully submitted, Wm. D. Williams City Attorney.
