Gentlemen!

I herewith beg leave
to submit to your honorable
body the following petition for
rebate:

I reside in the City of Fort Worth
and am engaged in the Retail_
Liqour Business on the corner of
Calhoun and Twelfth Street.

I paid to the City of Fort Worth
for occupation tax as Retail Liqour
Dealer the sum of One hundred
and fifty Dollars for the period of
one year, beginning November 28th
1902 and ending November 27_ 1903.
I afterwarded paid to the City of
Fort Worth for occupation tax-
es retail liqour dealer the sum
of One Hundred and fifty Dollars
for the period of one year, beginning
June 15th 1903 and ending June
14/ 1904, both times the occupation
tax paid, was for the same place of
