I have thus paid to the
City of Fort WOrth for my occupation
tax as retail liquor dealer twice
for the period of June 15/1903
till November 27th includes 1903, or
for a period of 166 days.

At the rate paid to the City,
towit $150.00 per year. I have overpaid
the City the sum of $68.21 Sixty-eight
21/100 dollars and I now very respect-
fully petition your honorable
body to grant one a rebate
of the amount of $68.21, to be deduct-
ed from the amount due the City
for my next occupation tax
as retail liquor dealer, beginning
on June 15th 1904.
