Rosen and his assigns an extension of sixty (60) days on said time limit,
to begin construction within the city limits of Fort Worth, and petitioners
further request that your Honorable body take immediate steps to make said
North Fifth and Houston streets available for the construction of said car
line, or in the alternative petitioners will be compelled to construct said
line down North Main street.
