ORDINANCE NO. ______________

Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Fort Worth, that the
Fort Worth & Rosen Heights Street Railway Company, assignee of the rights
and privileges granted to Sam Rosen for the construction of a line of
street railway in the city of Fort Worth, be and is hereby granted the
privilege and right to commence the construction of said line within the
city limits of Fort Worth within sixty (60) days from the passage of this
ordinanceresolution, hereby extending the time limit of six (6) months provided in said
original ordinance for the beginning of construction under the term of said
ordinance.
