To the Honorable Mayor and City Council of Fort Worth:

Gentlemen:

We respectfully ask you for authority to lay
steam pipes from the power and steam heating plant that we propose
to erect on the corner of Third and Rusk Streets, along and across
the streets and alleys in the City of Fort Worth North to the court-
house and South to Eighth Street, West to and across Houston Street.

We, also, ask for permission to lay steam air and water pipies from
said proposed plant across Rusk Street to the Natatorium. We propose
to lay these according to the direction and under the supervision
of the City Engineer and to give bond that we will leave the streets
and alleys in as good condition as we find them.
