COLONY HOLDING CORPORATION

HEADQUARTERS

ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA

May 7th, 1917.

Dear Friend:

THIS LETTER IS IMPORTANT TO YOU AND YOUR FAIL-
LURE TO CONSIDER IT IMMEDIATELY MEANS A CONSIDERABLE
SACRIFICE ON YOUR PART.

Mister Lewis has written you several times con-
cerning the selection of a Morro Beach Lot he made for
you, and also sent you a preliminary sales agreement
bonus credited under our offer which expired several
months ago. You have failed to sign the sales agree-
ment and return it to us.

As explained to you in previous letters on
this subject, the bonus credit was given conditional on
your prompt acceptance of the allotment made, or a re-
quest for another allotment in the event the one made
by Mr. Lewis was for any reason no acceptable to you.
The beach lot bonus amounts to the same thing as though
the corporation had advanced you an equal amount in
case as a first payment on any lot that you might se-
lect, in addition to which you had the opportunity of
obtaining the original price on any lot at the beach,
which is about one-third to one-half of what the prices
will be made very shortly.

This is the last letter that will be addressed
to you on this subject, as we feel that unless you re-
turn the preliminary sales aggreement, properly signed,
by May 25th, you do not intent to take advantage of
the bonus. So unless you return the signed contracts
by that time, your bonus credit will be cancelled.

Trusing that you will act immediately upon
this final call, and not sacrifice your credit, whic,
if you do, we feel sure you will regret, we are,

Yours very truly,

COLONY CORPORATION,

BY

LC:MH. PRESIDENT.
