Dear Friend:

In going over all of our accounts
we find that you were allotted lot 36B in block
C at the price of $100.00. Upon this you have
a bonus credit of $25.00 leaving $75.00 unpaid.
We also note that you have paid in $300.00 to-
ward the puchase of an orchard [tract?].

We are going to suggest that you
use $75.00 of this payment to finish paying for
your Morro Beach lot, and we shall have Mr.
Lewis make a selection of another beach lot at
the price of $225.00 for you. This will give
you your property entirely paid for and we shall
issue you deed for both lots as soon as plats
have been filed of record.

Will you kindly advise if this adjust-
ment of your account meets with your approval so
that we may place your account in such shape that
you can realise upon your investment at an early
date.
