Dear Grandy: I landed a job this morning to go to Phoenix, Ariz. tomorrow, (Sun) at 2 PM, $5 per 8 hour finishing, or at the Bench in the mill, or I might get foreman or roughing or finish at a little better wages or if I take the floor laying and scraping, can have 6 or 7 dollars. Will take my choice when I get there. They need a good floor man, the worst, and cabinet makers at the bench next, so I think I have the job. I have been praying for. Board, $1 per day or I can batch it, which I think I'll do. Tt costs me $17.30 fare to get there. I didn't get a job for you, but could have done so, but didn't think

your boss would let you go, but if you want to go, come in to see me tonight or write me at Phoenix & I'll answer at once.
