I looked terrible. Edward said he
wouldn't have known me. He is such
a big boy and as tough as can be.

Aunt Emma's beau, (Oliver Cofe), was up to
see her last night. She doesn't seem to
want me to see him. They say he is a
peculiar old fellow, but she has a case on him
alright. Doesn't it seem strange?

Nell dearie, it is lunch time and
must close for this time.

couldn't start it when train pulled out. Said
I had surely been a good mother to her.
I will just keep that letter.

Write soo please. Give little girls lots of
hugs and kisses for Aunt Nettie and tell them
I think & talk of them so much. Oh, [Didri?] do
send a bunch of those pictures, please. I forgot
them the day I was there. Give Daddy my
love & a kiss and oceans for, [Didri?], dear.
