He has got so that he
can walk down street
now on pretty days. The
weather has set in cold
again, had a little more
snow which I hope is
the last I shall see for
a few years. Nettie + baby
left last Thursday for
mother [Sample's ?]. Oh, but
the baby is sweet. Have
named it Charles Edward.
Nettie looks very bad. We
are worried about her.
She + Walter think their baby
the only one. It was
four weeks old last
Friday. Wish I could see
