There are a few mountains here. Hiking isn't
anything to what it was going up Mt. Wilson
or to Fern Lodge three weeks ago. I hiked almost
ten miles.

The Company isn't going to the firing range now.
Each Company goes once a year for a week and I am
sure glad that I don't have to go more as the noise
on the range is enough to drive a person wild.

How long does your school last? And what grade
are you in?

It is very warm and my brains seem to be doing
the hula hula dance so I hope you will excuse
this attempt of a letter.
