Dearest Daddy: -

I just got home from
M.E. church. They had as their
special guests the Hi X boys and
their leaders and one of them is
the fat Mr Slick.

When I got home here, found Alice
out talking to Andy and his girl
Miss Scott. They'd brot [brought] Alice home
from Arcadia Ch. Andy says tell
Daddy he sends his love you.
He didn't know until Alice
told him that you were away.

I wrote Jacksons 8 pages
this Eve & mailed at Bakers Corner.
I told all about you and what
good letters you wrote and I'd
ask you to write them soon
as I get their correct address.

Alice has been to Ch. and
R School and C.E. Biz meetin at 3.
C.E. this Eve. & Ch. again this Eve.
I think that a plenty for one
day don't you?

Did you go to church as Ma told
you too [to]?
