After confirming the above as
copy of my last, acknowledge the receipt of your favour 24th
May per Capt. Jarvis, with two pieces dyed silk, which were
done agreable to order. & am oblidged to you for your care
herein. Should have been glad to had an acct. of the cost
hereof, which you promise to forward per next opportunity.
Have now inclosed you a bill excha. £100 drawn per
John Myrie on Messrs Jonathan Bernard & Co. Merch'ts in
London which hope will be duely hon'd & when paid you
will please to pass to my credit. Shall be careful to
remitt you as fast as possible & am respectfully
