Description

Cicuta is a genus of four species of highly poisonous plants in the umbellifer family Apiaceae. Three species contain cicutoxin which causes central nervous system stimulatory effects including seizures, and are among North America's most toxic plants to humans. Aka water hemlock, cowbane, poison parsnip.
