Description

A symptom of unintentional, painful urination of small volumes of urine or a strong urge to do so, often without any urine passed. In many cases the bladder is empty or nearly empty. Aka stranguria, vesical tenesmus. Causes include stones, urinary tract infection, cancer, bladder perforation.
