In the name of God amen I Judah Bakor of yarmouth in the County of Barnstable being advanced in age : but of [Receiving?] a sound mind and memory do make and ordain This my last will & testament -- and first I recomend my Soul into the hands of God who gave it and my body to the dust to be buried in decent Christian burial according to the discresion of my Executor hereafter named and Touching such worldly goods as God has given me I dispose of in manner following -----------------------

First my will is that my Just Debts & funeral Charges shall be paid by my Executor out of my Estate --

Item I give to my son Timothy Bakor five shillings to be paid by my Executor -----

Item I Give to my son Barnabas Bakor five shillings to be paid as above -----

Item I Give to my grand daughter Rebecah Swain five shillings to be paid by my Executor

Item I Give to my Daughter Deborah Chase thirty six shillings to be paid by my Executor

Item I give to Elisabeth my daughter Elisabeth Burges twelve shillings to be paid as above -----

Item I give to my four Daughters viz Deborah Chase Elisabeth Burgis Mary Chase & Tamsey Burgis Equally betwen them all my Indoors Movables Excepting the money that I shall have on hand at my decease --

Finally I give & bequeath to my son Judah Bakor all the money that I shall have on hand at the time of my decease if any their be and I Constitute and appoint my son Judah Bakor Sole Executor to this my last will and Testament Rattifying & Confirming this and no others to be my last will and Testament In witness whereof I the said Judah Baker Have hereunto set my hand & Seal this twenty fourth day of September
