In the Name of God Amen; I Sarah Bordman of Cambridge in the County of Middlesex Widow, Do make my last Will & Testament in manner following

{Imprimis} I Give and bequeath my Farm situate in Cambridge N Neck (so called) Containing about One hundred Acres together with the Salt marsh, & all Appurtenances & & priviledges thereto belonging to my Son Andrew Bord man, & his Wife, to their use, during the life of the longest liver of them.

2ly, I Give & Devise my said Farm after the Deaths of my said Son Andrew & his Wife, to such heirs of the Body of my said Son Andrew (if he shall have any) as shall Survive him, & arrive at the Age of Sixteen Years, to them and their heirs forever, in such proportions as they would by Law enjoy the same, had it descended to them as Intestate Estate of the said Andrew -----

3ly, In Case my Son Andrew shall have no heir of his Body, who shall Survive him & live to the Age of Sixteen Years, then I Give, bequeath & Devise the same Farm and Salt marsh, with the Priviledges & Appurtenances after the Deaths of my Said Son Andrew & his wife to my Brother David Phips to him & his heirs forever

4ly, I give bequeath & Devise all the rest of my Estate Real Personal & mixed (after paying my Debts & funeral Charges) to my Son Andrew & his heirs forever. Hereby revoking all former Wills, I make this my last Will & Testament Appoint my Son Andrew & {William} Kneeland {Esquire}, Executors-

In Testimony of all which I hereunto set my hand & Seal this fifteenth of April Anno Domini 1783,
