That the present Committee, had their Comm-
ission, that their been as extensive as the last, would
have represented to the Corporation, that it is their
Opinion that unless the Price of Commons be stated
at about double the prime [?], they are apprehensive
that the COllege Funds will be still further embarrassed
by victualling the Scholars at too low a Rate
