(1) May 5th 1775 At Newbury Port England in the American Army under the Command of Captain Ezra Lunt

May 8th Monday This morning our Company was Called together we Chose our Serjants and Corporals in the afternoon Mr Parsons gave us a discourse suitable to the Occation from Judges 7th [?] 20th

May 9th Tuesday We were getting in Readiness to march to Cambridge

May 10th Wednesday This morning We were paraded at the town house after attending Prayers at Mr Cary's meeting House and taking leave of our Friends We sat out on our march
