But if on the hole it is thought to be of publick utility it is proposed
to have it Drafted over & Corrected by Some Republican of Larning & ability
before it is printed & a page or two Left blank at the Close of it Redy for Signing
& although it is thought to be perfectly Constitutional yet to prevent
an undue advantage being taken against it, It is proposed to have all
or a prinsaple part of the Republican printers in the United States Consu
lted or agreed with before it is Made publick So that it Might be Made
publick all over the States at once & that the Labourer Magazein Define
in it Might be advertised at the Same time

On the above & the following Qustions your oppinnion is humble Requested

It is provable that it would answer any good purposes without any Danger to the author
is it provable that the author would Receive anything by Sale of them
on what terms Could it be printed by any body

& wheather you would undertake it on any termes

If Such a Society was Established & Such a Magazein in Circulation it would
Soone Give a Vast prehuminance to the Republican printers over the other
& furnish them with a plenty of Bisness
