The Elm Street Parent Teacher
Association held its regular
meeting Tuesday evening, March
10, 1936 in the school auditorium.

Due to the absence of the
President, Mrs. H. I. Coffield, Mrs.
R. H. Sechrest, Vice-President, called
the meeting to order.

Mrs. F. L. Conrad, a patron of
the school gave the devotional.

Following the reading of the
minutes, the Sec. read notes
of appreciation to the Association
from the family of Mrs. E. T. Harmon
the mother of Mrs. Coffield, the
Association's Pres., and Miss Mary
Clegg, one of the Elm Street Faculty,
for sympathy and flowers sent
during recent bereavements.

Reports were then given by
officers and committees.
