NORTH CAROLINA - COUNTY OF FORSYTH

THIS DEED made by C . C. Barnhart and William Porter, Commissioners, parties of the first part, to Alberta Corbit Snyder, of Guildord County, North Carolina, party of the second part.

WITNESSETH:-

That whereas the parties of the first part were
duly licensed and empowered by a judgement made and entered
in the Forsyth County Court, made and entered by the Honarable
Oscar O. Efird, Judge of said court, in an action entitled
Robert S. Weir and wife, Cordelia Weir, vs Betty Corbit, guardian
for Alberta Corbit Snyder, and Alberta Corbit Snyder, assignee
et al. to make sale of the hereinafter described lands; and
whereas the said Commissioners pursuant to said judgement did on
the 26th day of Sept. 1934, after due advertistment, expose the
lands hereinafter described at public sale at the Court House
door in the City of Winston Salem, North Carolina, when and
where Alberta Corbit Snyder became the last and highest
bidder for case of the said lands, at the sum of $6000. And
whereas a due report of said sale was made to the Court by the
Commissioners and more than twenty days having expired since the
filling of the said report and no increase bid having been made
the said sale was duly confirmed by the Court and a Deed ordered
to be made to the purchaser upon the payment of the said purchase
money; and whereas the said purchase money has been paid in full.

Now, Therefore, in consideration of the premises the
said C. C. Barnhart and William Porter, Commissioners as aforesaid,
do hereby bargain, sell and convey of the said Alberta Corbit Snyder
her heirs and assigns those certain tracts or parcels of land
situate and lying in the said County of Forsyth, Abot's Creek
Township, State of North Carolina, adjoining the lands of C. J.
Launten, John Weir, Dempsey Smith, P. Hedcock and others, boun-
ded and described as follows:

TRACT ONE: Beginning at an iron stake, Pearl Hedgecock's
southwest corner in Dempsey Smith's line; running thence with
the line of said Dempsey Smith. 5 deg. W 1603 1/2 feet to an
iron stake, Dempsey Smith southeast corner, in C. J Lauten's
line on north side of the water ditch; thence along the line of
the said C. J LAuten and John Weir, N. 86 deg. 30' E. 1000
feet to an iron stake on the west bank Abott's Creek in John
Weir's line, 60 feet east of John Weir's corner; thence up
Abott's Creek's with the following degrees and distances: N.
25 deg 30' E. 390 feet to a stake; N, 14 deg. 30' E. 924 ft
to a stake; N. 27 deg. 30' E. 297 feet to an iron stake, R.S.
Weir's corner, also Pearl Hedgecock's corner on the west bank
of Abott's Creek; thence along the line of Pearl Hedgecock N.
82 deg. W. 1518 feet to the beginning containing 49.87 acres,
more or less.

TRACT TWO: Begining at a stone, Jeo H, Smith's corner in
the Teague line; runing thence N. 89 deg. W. 20 chains to
a stone in the said Tegue line; thence S. 9 deg. W. 12.60
chains to a stake on bank of creek; thence down said creek
the following courses and distances: S 27 1/2 deg W. 5 chains;
S. 14 1/2 deg. W. 14 chains; S. 25 1/2 deg. W. 9 chains to a stone
near the west bank of creek; thence S. 88 deg E. 39. 17 chains
to a stone, Joe Smith's corner; thence N. 2 deg. E. 38.50
chains to the beginning, containing 89.72 acres, more or less.
