Back to M. Saw Earl for a minute. He spending his time in his own room to avoid children & us. Helen Dees spent evening till we were ready to leave. M. very worried about E. Motel man couldn't be found.

3-25 - Left money on dresser. Drove up beaches - much bldg. Breakfast at Cherry Grove on Hwy. Stopped for long walk at Holdens - no w.t. Again at Long Beach 4 w.t.! SPt at 2 & lunch at quack shack in sight of Myly's. Hard time getting in. She asleep & Earl repairing el. Tour of house. Looks hopeless. Left after drink & spent night at Wilmington - very nice motel. Drove around 5 mile azalea park. Steak
