This Deed, Made this the 3 day of May 1907
by J. D. Horney and his wife M. L. Horney
of Guilford County and State of North Carolina, parties of the first part,
to John W. Johnson of Guilford County and
State of North Carolina, party of the second part:

WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of ($150.00)
One Hundred and Fifty Dollars to them paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has have bargained and sold, and by
these presents doth bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second part and his heirs a
tract or parcel of land in the County of Guilford and State of North Carolina, in High Point
Township, adjoining the lands of [blank]
and others, and bounded as follows:

Being Lots No. 3 and 10 in Block B
in N. E. Welborn Plat
Same being duly recorded in office
of Regester of Deeds of Guilford
County.

These Lots are each ,50, feet by ,150,
feet.

The above land was conveyed to grantor by J. N. Campbell

To have and to hold the aforesaid tract or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereunto
belonging to the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever.

And the said parties of the first part doth covenant that there is are seized of said premises
in fee and have the right to convey the same in fee simple; that the same are free from incumbrances;
and that they will warrant and defend the said title to the same against the claims of all persons
whatsoever.

In testimony whereof, the said parties of the first part hath hereunto set thare hands
and seals the day and year first above written.
