There was [??] excelen[ce??] [a?]ma[r?]y [??] [??] about him the [bost?] June 5 1861 Po[r?]t 7th He died at 7 [of?] ofthe 7th the House of [??] opened with the [??] all lamenting his loss _ the Marquis of Bath alone said [??] the Count violated every Law, human & divine

Poor [Lag?] [??] [Holy?] the Chamber of Deputies announced the death of Count Cab[oin?] amid expressions of profound grief from the Assembly the King had [??]ed Ba[ron?] [R?]icasoli to his place. His burial was to take place in the [Lyal?] [oof?] He had sent for a priest to give him the consolations of religion & was quite composed though in his moments of delirium, he called out "Italy" "Rome" "Venice" "Napoleon" he was to be buried at Turin in a conspicuous spot but his family [has?] [??] given [??] [??]
