Arthur J. Stansbury was a minister who wrote the "Elementary Catechism on the Constitution of the United States," a widely used school textbook, but this book is not one of his. (It is Old Redstone; or, Historical sketches of western Presbyterianism, its early ministers, its perilous times, and its first records. By Joseph Smith.) I have not, upon cursory googling, been able to find any connection between Stansbury and Roanoke College.
