Tomato Soup
2 cups of tomatoes, strain, cup of
boiling water, pinch of soda
let come to a boil. 3cups of
sweet milk, pepper, salt,
piece of butter size of an egg.

Milk Soup
with Nudles
For 3 or 4 people Take / qt. milk
lump of butter, salt & pepper.
Nudles. must boil about 5 min.
Puree of Corn
Over 1 can of sweet corn pour
1 pt. boiling water. Let simmer
1/2 hour. Strain through wire sieve
Add 1 pt. sweet milk & 1 pt.
chicken broth. Season highly with
salt and cayenne pepper
