Golden Angel Food

1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder powder
1/2 " salt
10 egg yolks
1/2 c hot water
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 c sugar

Sieve together flour, baking
powder and salt.
Beat the egg yolks with
Rotary egg beater and add
hot water. Gradually add
dry ingredients, beating
all the while.
Add lemon extract, and
beat mixture 10 min.
Lastly gradually add the
sugar.
Pour in ungreased angel
cake pan and bake 1 hr
at 350 F.
