McAlpine Style Cheese Cake

Serves 8 or 10

6 oz Zwieback crumbs
Mixed with 6 oz sweet butter
and a pinch of cinnamon.
Keep out a little of this
mixture to sprinkle over
the top of the cheese
cake when it is ready to be put into the oven.
Use remainder of mixture
to form [or?] line the inside of the pan or mold.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs pot cheese
3/4 lb sugar
1 oz flour
Rind of 1 orange
Pinch of salt
5 egg yolks

Mix all ingredients well
together. Beat egg whites
and fold in
