Refrigerator Cookies - [[Sears]]

6 tbsp. fat	1 egg
1 ½ tsp. milk	1 tsp. B. Powder
¾ cup sugar	½ tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt	1 ½ cups flour

Cream fat & sugar. Add egg and
milk & beat the mixture well.
Sift & measure flour & add B. P. &
salt. Sift dry ingredients together
twice. Add the creamed mixture
blending thoroughly. Add vanilla.
The dough maybe wrapped in
oiled paper & stored in refrigera-
tor. Cookies maybe sliced or
shaped in pastry tube & baked
at 400 °F as needed.
